Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
-Delivery within Belgium is FREE for orders of €29 or more. For orders below this amount, shipping costs €6.95.
You can also collect your order free of charge from Nougat Vital during office hours (on Fridays until 12:00 noon):

-Delivery outside Belgium:
--The Netherlands, France, Luxembourg and Germany: FREE for orders of €49 or more. Below this amount, shipping costs €18.95.
--Other EU countries (Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden): FREE for orders of €59 or more. Below this amount, shipping costs €29.95.
When will my parcel be delivered?
We aim to deliver orders within Belgium within 2 to 3 business days. For deliveries outside Belgium, the estimated delivery time is approximately one week. Please note that delivery times may be longer during holiday periods and public holidays. Our annual factory closure takes place during the third week of July and between Christmas and New Year. No parcels are shipped during these periods. Orders placed during the closure will be packed and shipped on the first following business day. Thank you for your understanding!
When can I collect my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email as soon as it is ready for collection. Orders are usually ready within 2 business days.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking code so you can follow your order.

Returns
Not completely satisfied with your order? You may return your products within 14 days, without giving any reason. Our webshop features a European withdrawal icon in the bottom-left corner. Simply click it to complete and submit the withdrawal form in one easy step. Return shipping costs are not refundable. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Please remove any personal information from the parcel before returning it. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the corresponding amount.

Warm weather & chocolate products
When temperatures exceed 25°C (77°F), we can no longer guarantee that our coconut logs (Bûche Coco) will retain the premium quality you are used to. We therefore recommend ordering our nougat and, if possible, waiting a little longer before ordering the Bûche Coco.
Can I place larger orders for my company?
Yes, for larger quantities, corporate gifts, events or resale opportunities, please contact us via our contact form or by email at info@vital.be.
How long do the products stay fresh?
Both our nougat and our Bûche Coco have a shelf life of 18 months from the production date. The best-before date is printed on the packaging. Store the Bûche Coco in a cool place (15–18°C / 59–64°F) and store the nougat at room temperature (do not refrigerate).
Where are Vital products made?
All Vital products are proudly made in Belgium, at our factory in Nevele (Deinze), in accordance with strict quality and food safety standards.
Do the products contain gluten?
By nature and according to our recipe, our products are gluten-free. Please note the following other allergens:
-Nougat: almonds, pistachios, egg and, in some varieties, sulphites.
- Bûche Coco: milk and soy.
Always check the ingredient list on the packaging.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes, simply enter a different delivery address during checkout. The invoice and the gift shipment are processed separately.
Why does Vital nougat taste different from other nougats?
Since 1926, we have been crafting our nougat using almonds, honey and whipped egg white.
Our unique recipe and traditional production method create the characteristic soft (or delightfully crunchy!) texture that has made Vital famous for generations. 😊
